Input your email and choose either “Reset via email” or “Reset via SMS.”
- Note: You can only use the reset via SMS option if your cell phone is included in the “Mobile Phone Number” field under “My Profile”
If resetting via SMS, you’ll receive an access code via text to input on the “access code” field. Once you have input the access code, hit “Submit” where you will then be instructed to reset your password.
If resetting your password via email, check your email inbox for an email with the subject, “Password Reset Request.” Click the button “Reset your Password.”
- Make sure your new password is at least 8 characters in length
- If you typically save your passwords in your browser, be sure to update your new password in your browser. When logging in after resetting your password, be sure your browser isn’t trying to auto-fill your old password. If there is a password already filled in on the login page, erase it and re-type your new password.
- Please make sure you are using Google Chrome, Firefox or Safari as your browser. Your computer may be trying to open the password reset link from the email in Internet Explorer. If this is the case, right click on the “Reset your Password” button and click “Copy Link Address”. Next, open a tab in one of the compatible browsers mentioned above and paste the password reset link.
Select “My Profile” in the left-hand menu. Choose the tab “Password and Credentials” and then hit “Change your Password.” Input your current password first, then input your new password. Finally, select the “Change Password” button.
